For optimal results, use the Therabrush for 10-15 minutes daily.
We suggest alternating between red and blue light therapy during your hair care regimen.
Ensure you fill the diffuser with water first, followed by a few drops of your chosen essential oils. Using undiluted essential oil may lead to clogging.

- Fill the diffuser chamber with 10-15ml of water, ensuring it is mostly full.
- Add a few drops of your preferred hair growth oil to the water.
- Power on the brush by holding the bottom button.
- Switch between light modes by pressing the top left button to toggle between red and blue light.
- Activate the massage function by pressing the top right button.
- Turn on the mist mode by pressing the bottom button once.
This version provides a smooth, easy-to-follow guide while keeping it concise.

The brush is water-resistant but not waterproof. To avoid spills, carefully add water.
Remove the silicone cap on top of the brush to access the diffuser chamber.
Use a small container, dropper, or lightly run the sink to fill the chamber.
The chamber can hold approximately 15ml of liquid. Fill it with at least 10ml of water (around 2/3 full).
After adding water, add 3-5 drops of essential oil. Ensure the cap is securely closed.

For external cleaning, use a cotton swab or paper towel with isopropyl rubbing alcohol to clean the brush and bristles.
To clean inside the diffuser chamber, rinse it with a mixture of warm water and isopropyl alcohol to remove any essential oil residue.
Please note that the brush is not waterproof. Do not submerge it in water while cleaning.

No, the brush is water-resistant, not waterproof. This means it can withstand a bit of moisture, but avoid submerging it in water or using it under running water (like in the sink or shower).
When filling the water chamber, be careful to avoid spills. A small measuring cup or dropper works best for precise filling.

Is your brush leaking? Don't worry; we're here to help with a solution or a replacement.
Remember, the brush is water-resistant but not waterproof. If used under the sink or in the shower, it might leak.
Ensure the silicone cap on top of the brush is securely tightened.
If the cap is secure and it's still leaking from the brush head or charging port, there might be internal damage, and we can provide a replacement.

To activate the red/blue light modes, press and hold the bottom button to power on the brush.
Once powered on, press the top left button to toggle between red and blue lights.
If the lights don't work, check if the brush needs charging.

Did you add pure essential oil or water mixed with oil to the chamber? Pure oil can clog the brush and won't turn into mist.
If the brush is clogged, rinse the chamber thoroughly with hot water to unclog it. Repeat the process a few times if needed.
After cleaning, fill the chamber with water until nearly full, then add a few drops of essential oil. Power on the brush, then press the bottom button to activate mist mode.
VIBRATION NOT WORKING
VIBRATION NOT WORKING
To activate the vibration modes, press and hold the bottom button to power on the brush.
Once on, press the top right button to switch between the two vibration modes.
If the vibration still doesn't work, ensure the brush is fully charged.

CHARGING ISSUES

The charger is located in the box beneath the plastic holder.
Connect the USB end of the charger to a compatible charging base. Insert the plug into the bottom of the brush.
Plug it in. When charging correctly, a blinking red light should appear.
If the red light doesn't blink, try using a different outlet or charging base.
Note: Apple (iPhone/iPad) charging bases may not work with non-Apple devices. Please use a standard charging base.
